SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS!

The "Use" means the amount you'd use for one 12-16 ounce smoothie. Mix and match ingredients but basically pick one milk and one protein.

Here are the ingredients I put in my smoothies. Like you, I aim for no to low sugar ingredients. Since I don't eat much, I also aim for protein for energy and healthy fats to feel full longer and also provide consistent energy. The items on this list are well researched for value and flavor. I've noted the purchase location, but they can be found many other places. I get a lot of things at Costco because even though you have to buy more quantity, the price is like half!
Chocolate Blues
6-8 ounces almond milk
​1 Tablespoon Rice Protein
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1 Tablespoon MCT oil
Handful of spinach
1/4 cup blueberries

1 teaspoon swerve
Almond Wonder
6-8 ounces almond milk

Fruity-licious
6-8 ounces coconut milk
​1 Tablespoon Rice Protein
2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
Handful of rasberries
​1 Tablespoon MCT oil
​1 teaspoon swerve

The Quick and Plain
6-8 ounces coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Rice Protein
3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
1  teaspoon Swerve
​1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
