Roommate Questionnaire

In an effort to streamline roommate compatibility, I have created this form. I appreciate you taking the time to fill it out honestly! (There are more photos at the bottom of this page.)

A little about me:
I consider home a refuge and like a clean, relaxed atmosphere without drama and with clear open communication. I get along with friendly folks who are engaged in life and are environmentally conscious with a good sense of humor that are responsible and considerate. I also have scent sensitivity so hopefully that is not an issue for you. I work as a Building Manager in Berkeley M-F. My schedule is such that I have two weeks off every six weeks. I usually do social activities outside the house, but host dinners or a movie once in a while. When we meet, if you want, I'll answer the below questions for you!

A little about the house/room:
Note this is a big house, not an apt. It's gotten tattered on the outside but is really nice inside. There's a cozy living room and a formal dining room. There's a big kitchen with a gas stove and another eating area. Pay washer and dryer downstairs shared with friendly artist neighbors. You'll have your own bathroom (with shower) and there's a storage closet in the hall for linens and a shelf for more storage. There's central heat but I provide a space heater to supplement. The 200 s.f. bedroom has hardwood floors, is fully furnished with 2 big wood armoires (that have drawers inside), a brand new bed with a comfy Serta perfect sleeper queen size mattress, a nightstand, a desk, chair. lighting and a bookshelf. There is Wifi and also wired access. We'll share the PG&E bill but Wifi, water and trash are covered in the rent.
